Activities

Currently we are working on the organization of a BioHackathon topic in collaboration with the colleagues of the ELIXIR Service Collection AMP4RD partners. This initiative constitutes a first step toward the generation of computing workflows for the annotation and interpretation of the genetic variants descrided in the projects webpage. During the two years of the Implementation Study we contributed and promoted the following activities: Organization of the workshop "Enhancing machine learning application for Rare Disease" at the AllHands Meeting in Dublin (Ireland), June 8, 2023. Presentation of the activity of the AMP4RD service collection at the AllHands 2023 in Dublin. Organization of the Rare Disease Italy workshop "Analysis and collection of rare disease data: a joint effort of biomedical and bioinformatics research communities" in Roma (Italy) 28-29 November, 2023.
